Job summary

BW Offshore Singapore seeks an AVEVA EIT Coordinator to manage EIT data within AVEVA Unified Engineering and oversee data integrity across electrical, instrumentation, and telecom disciplines.

The role focuses on data setup, workflow automation, and coordination with contractors to ensure complete, traceable EIT records for project handovers. Hands-on AVEVA UE experience and oil & gas FPSO project exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Competence in AVEVA and similar smart engineering tools is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA Unified Engineering EIT is essential.
• Design/engineering experience in oil & gas and FPSO projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support AVEVA-related EIT data setup, configuration and validation to meet corporate and project requirements.
• Develop and implement automated workflows within AVEVA UE to enhance data consistency and reduce manual entry errors across disciplines.
• Manage electrical, instrumentation and telecom tags, registers, and attributes.
• Check consistency between engineering data, drawings and model information.
• Support data loading, bulk updates and error correction in AVEVA systems.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve missing, conflicting, or incomplete EIT data.
• Support deliverable tracking for EIT documents, models, and schedules.
• Assist in handover preparation by ensuring EIT records are complete and traceable.
• Maintain naming standards, coding rules, and data quality requirements.

We are looking for AVEVA EIT Coordinator who will be responsible for EIT modules in AVEVA Unified Engineering.
