Job summary

Mobile Workforce Solution Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive sales support professional in Singapore to assist the sales team in delivering AV solutions tailored to client needs.

You will help with lead generation, proposals, and project follow-up, while maintaining accurate client records in CRM and coordinating with Pre-Sales and Engineering to craft tailored offerings. Building strong customer relationships is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Keen interest in AV/IT solutions and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with a willingness to learn in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team in delivering AV solutions that meet client needs.
• Assist with lead generation, proposals, and project follow-up.
• Maintain client records and sales opportunities in CRM.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Engineering to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, stock availability, and timely delivery of AV products.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
