Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a senior AV show systems engineer to lead refurbishments and lifecycle projects across audio, video, lighting, and show control platforms. You will coordinate with operations, IT, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure high reliability and quality.

Responsibilities include design reviews, system integration, testing, and commissioning, while guiding vendors and consultants to meet schedule and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Audio, Media Systems, Control & Automation, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of AV systems experience in show technology, live entertainment, or theme parks.
• Minimum 2 years of project management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of professional audio, video, lighting, media servers, and show control systems.
• Ability to read AV schematics, electrical drawings, signal flow diagrams, and project docs.
• Knowledge of budgeting, contracts, risk management, networking, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead show system refurbishments, AVLC upgrades, asset replacements, and lifecycle maintenance projects.
• Provide engineering support for audio, video, projection, lighting, media servers, and show control systems.
• Review designs and schematics to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate integration, programming, testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and site acceptance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and show system issues for reliability.
• Oversee integrators, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with Universal standards, EN13814, and electrical safety requirements.
• Maintain project records, configurations, backups, and technical deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, Entertainment, IT, Procurement, and engineering teams.
• Drive improvements in show reliability, energy efficiency, and lifecycle costs.
