Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an experienced AV/IT Project Manager within the Office of Integrated Information Technology Services (IITS). You will oversee end-to-end projects for hybrid-ready classrooms, auditoriums and meeting spaces, coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, AV Technology, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AVIXA, PMP, CTS) are advantageous.
• Experience managing large-scale AV deployment projects in an educational or corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Smart Classrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Auditoriums.
• Develop detailed project plans, scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Oversee vendor/contractor activities to ensure timelines and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and control project expenditures and procurement.
• Oversee system testing, commissioning, and user training; hand off documentation.
