Job summary

NTU Energy Research Institute (ERI@N) seeks a software engineer to join the Future Mobility Solutions program. You will develop, test, and fine-tune software for autonomous vehicles using C++, Python, and Linux in ROS/ROS2 environments.

You will process sensor data (LIDAR and cameras), perform outdoor trials, and help advance perception and navigation algorithms, with exposure to Autoware or Apollo a plus. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Background in robotics and automation with software focus.
• Proficiency in C++, Python and Linux systems required.
• Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 environments and sensor data processing.
• Experience with outdoor testing and validation of autonomous systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and fine-tune software for autonomous robots and vehicles.
