You will work in a fast-paced agency environment, communicate with clients, and appear on camera for internal and client-facing video assets. The role demands autonomy, initiative, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing in an agency.
• Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook/TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and GTM.
• Experience building/managing websites and basic on-page SEO.
• Comfortable on-camera presenting for videos and ads.
• Highly autonomous with strong task prioritization and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written client communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, optimize, and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Design and manage high-converting landing pages and websites on CMS platforms.
• Create on-camera content and help develop short-form video concepts.
• Maintain client communication, provide performance insights, and report results.
