Oneness Holdings is seeking a proactive Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist in Singapore. You will own client digital strategies, including multi-channel paid ads, SEM, and website management, plus video content creation and on-camera presentations.

You thrive in a fast-moving agency, work autonomously, and communicate clearly with clients while delivering measurable results across platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing in an agency setting.
• Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads (SEM), Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience building/managing websites, landing pages, and basic on-page SEO.
• On-camera confidence for short-form content and ads.
• High autonomy: able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Paid Ads Management & SEM Strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling of multi-channel campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to lower CAC and maximize ROAS.
• Manage SEM campaigns: high-intent keyword research, negative keywords, bid strategies, quality score.
• Track, analyze, and report metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS) using GA4 and dashboards.
• Website Design, Landing Pages & Management using CMS platforms (WordPress/Elementor/Webflow/Shopify).
• Ensure on-page SEO, mobile responsiveness, fast loading speeds, and conversion tracking setup (GTM, Pixel).
• Oversee site updates, plugins, UX/UI improvements, troubleshooting.
• On-Camera Content Creation & Social Presence for internal agency content and client assets.
• Collaborate on short-form video concepts, scripts, and trending ideas to drive growth.
• Client Communication & Account Ownership as primary point of contact for performance updates.
• Translate data into concise performance summaries during check-ins and monthly reviews.
