Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to drive execution, structure, and alignment across the Autonomous Inspection Robotics program. You will manage budgets, governance, and communications across field teams, suppliers, and executives to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires experience as PMO/Program Manager on complex programs, strong budget discipline, and clear, adaptable communication from shop floor to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PMO or Project/Program Manager on complex industrial, digital, or transformation programs.
• Strong finance and budget control — and the confidence to challenge the numbers.
• Disciplined on governance, planning, and risk; clear, adaptable communicator from shop floor to executive level.

Responsibilities

• Finance: Run a simple, reliable budget dashboard, track costs and forecasts, flag overruns to leadership.
• Governance: Set up meetings, execute RACI, and track decisions/actions.
• Communication: Tailor updates for field teams, finance, suppliers, and executives; drive engagement and reporting.
• Planning: Maintain the integrated plan – milestones, owners, critical path – and manage delays across workstreams.
• Risk & dependencies: Anticipate and mitigate risks; manage dependencies across suppliers, engineering, IT, and operations.
• Suppliers: Track deliverables and contracts; keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
