Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Manager / Engineer to lead automation projects from initiation to handover, coordinating planning, scheduling, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

You will perform technical design reviews, equipment inspections, and quality control, support commissioning and testing, prepare documentation and risk assessments, and liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or logistics automation projects is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts.

Responsibilities

• Manage automation projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead technical design reviews, equipment inspections and quality control to meet client specs.
• Expedite materials, coordinate logistics, and liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients to resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports and risk assessments; support commissioning, testing and handover of robotic systems.
