Job summary

Moove is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Fleet Deployment and Readiness to own fleet health end to end. You will act as the central node linking diagnostic teams, product engineers, ride-hail operations, and partners, driving FD&R performance and continuous improvement.

The role focuses on maximizing vehicles in service while upholding top safety and quality standards, with onsite Singapore work and flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Autonomous Vehicle (AV) experience is greatly preferred.
• Leadership experience in developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Valid Singapore driving license maintained throughout employment.
• Based in Singapore and able to work onsite daily.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours as fleet operations require.

Responsibilities

• Fleet Health & Deployment Strategy: Develop and implement health strategies aligned with goals and tech advances.
• Deployment Readiness: Ensure fleet is deployment-ready with readiness assessments and evaluations.
• Technical Leadership: Lead diagnostic initiatives to maintain vehicle performance and safety.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze fleet data, monitor KPIs, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product teams and Ride Hail Ops to improve performance.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing FD&R team, ensuring staffing and collaboration.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage third-party vendor relationships and performance.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement and safe, reliable fleet operations.
