Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service professional for Automotive Spare Parts to support daily sales administration and order processing. You will manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders, and ensure accurate documentation and timely communications with customers.

This role requires 2–3 years of automotive sales experience, proficiency in Accpac and MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
• Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
• Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
• Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
• Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
• Customer service/sales admin experience will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
• Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
