Job summary

FSK Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Principal / Senior Product Engineer to lead product industrialization, qualification, and manufacturing readiness for automotive semiconductor products.

You will drive development through high-volume production, coordinating with Design, Test, Reliability, Quality, Foundry and OSAT partners to ensure performance, reliability, and cost targets. The role requires strong expertise in product engineering, ATE, manufacturing operations, and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor product engineering for Senior Engineer or 8 years for Principal Engineer.
• Experience with fabless semiconductor models and external foundry/OSAT partners.
• Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing readiness, qualification, and high-volume production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive semiconductor products through development lifecycle from tape-out to mass production.
• Coordinate engineering builds, product characterization, pilot production, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Reliability, Quality, Foundry, and OSAT partners for successful industrialization.
• Support product release, manufacturing transfer, and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate qualification activities to meet automotive quality and reliability requirements.
• Drive ATE test program optimization to balance quality, coverage, throughput, and cost.
• Provide technical input for RFQs and customer engagements, and support cost modeling.
