Job summary

57 EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Business Development professional in Singapore to identify new opportunities and expand the automotive repair and maintenance business. You will conduct market research, cultivate client relationships and negotiate deals to meet revenue targets.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/public holidays and outside normal hours when required, with strong presentation and analytical skills to support proposals and reports.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required by business needs.
• Must be flexible with working hours to meet client demands and business deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand automotive repair and maintenance.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitors and identify potential clients.
• Develop client relationships, negotiate business deals and prepare proposals and sales reports.
• Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and support management in business planning.
• Attend client meetings and business events outside regular office hours when required.
