Job summary

Inchcape Singapore is seeking a Delivery consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will assist in the new vehicle delivery process for customers, confirm appointments, conduct pre-delivery checklists, and coordinate with the PDI centre to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

You will demonstrate vehicle features, explain documents, and help customers schedule first servicing, ensuring consistent service throughout the delivery cycle. A valid Class 3 driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist to conduct new vehicle delivery process for customers.
• Confirm appointment for delivery with customers and ensure efficient and smooth delivery process.
• Conduct pre-delivery checklist and ensure vehicle is ready for delivery.
• Coordinate with PDI centre on deliveries and arrange for rectification if needed.
• Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, warranty, and service schedules to customers.
• Explain delivery documents and ensure they are completed, signed, and filed accordingly.
• Assist customer to make appointment for first servicing.
• Ensure consistent customer service is provided throughout the delivery process.
