Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Singapore is seeking an Automation Tester with 2-7 years of experience to design and implement automated testing strategies.

You will develop test plans, lead in-sprint automation, and collaborate with analysts and vendors to ensure quality using Selenium, JUnit, TestNG and Serenity with Java. This role emphasizes building and enriching a robust automation framework and executing automation across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of QA automation experience, preferably in financial/banking apps.
• Experience leading testing on large, complex projects or programs.
• Strong coding skills in at least one programming language.

Responsibilities

• Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan
• Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per defined standards
• Lead the automation of the testing process in-sprint and during SIT using the right tool set (Licensed and Open source)
• Responsible for developing and enriching Test Automation framework using Selenium, Junit, TestNG, Serenity, Java & related technologies
• Responsible for executing software Test Automation development from conceptual phase to testing phase.
• Working with vendors and business analyst and End Users within organization.

Required Experience
