Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Test Automation Lead in Singapore to drive Tosca strategy, implementation, and adoption across enterprise applications.

You will lead a team of Software Quality Engineers, establish automation standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen testing capabilities within a secure, regulated environment. The role requires a minimum of 8 years in software QA, a degree in CS/IT or related field, and hands-on experience integrating test

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to API testing and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber, Karate or Postman.
• Knowledge of performance, security, and non-functional testing practices.
• Professional certification such as ISTQB, CSTE or Tricentis Tosca Architect.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the Tosca automation strategy, roadmap and adoption priorities across selected systems.
• Lead and coach a team of Software Quality Engineers responsible for test automation delivery and quality improvements.
• Identify suitable test scenarios and regression areas, driving the transition from manual testing to sustainable automation.
• Establish reusable automation assets, test design standards, governance controls and evidence-capture practices.
• Track and communicate automation coverage, adoption progress, licence utilisation, outcomes, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
