Job summary

JAC RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned reporting automation professional for Singapore.

The role focuses on automating regulatory and risk reporting using Alteryx, transforming Excel/VBA workflows into scalable solutions, and ensuring EUC tool compliance with BCBS239 principles. You will collaborate with Credit Risk, IT, and other stakeholders, lead workshops, and guide user adoption of best practices in reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or related industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx (workflow design, data transformation, and automation).
• Experience working across business, IT, compliance, and vendor teams in complex environments.
• Strong project management, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of regulatory reporting, risk, finance, or accounting processes.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Risk Management, Finance, or accounting reporting functions is good to have.
• Exposure to process improvement, standardization, BPR initiatives are good to have.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation of regulatory and risk reporting processes using Alteryx and related technologies.
• Transform manual Excel, VBA, and Access-based reporting workflows into scalable automated solutions.
• Assess, document, and remediate End User Computing(EUC) tools, ensuring compliance with BCBS239 principles.
• Partner with Credit Risk, IT, and other stakeholders to identify reporting improvements and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead workshops, support user adoption, and promote best practices in reporting automation.
• Define project governance, milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities while ensuring alignment with BCBS239 program objectives.
