Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Process and Automation Engineering Lead to steer a dedicated team and deliver engineering support for value stream manufacturing. You will drive automation projects, validate processes, troubleshoot equipment, and manage projects to improve OEE, yield, and product quality through TPM, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in automation and automated assembly processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in automation systems, robotics, and tooling design.
• Proven track record leading automation projects from concept to implementation, including qualification and validation.
• Experience in cGMP environments; familiarity with FDA/ISO standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process engineering team to support value stream goals.
• Drive initiatives to maximize machine uptime for production.
• Lead automation projects including equipment upgrades and productivity initiatives.
• Oversee yield, output and quality with preventive maintenance and calibration on schedule.
• Provide engineering expertise to achieve equipment reliability and process capability (OEE).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve TPM and process validation.
• Plan and execute maintenance and upgrades through risk assessment.
• Execute continuous improvement projects to minimize disruption and generate savings.
