Job summary

Legrand Singapore is offering a 6-month full-time internship to support the Production team in analysing operational data, improving processes, and developing automation solutions using Excel and Power Automate.

You will create reports, dashboards, and automated workflows, identify manual tasks for automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field (Business, analytics, IS, industrial engineering).
• 6-month full-time internship.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Familiarity with Power Automate or willingness to learn automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and organise operational data to generate reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel.
• Design, build and maintain automated workflows in Power Automate.
