SAKSOFT LIMITED is seeking an Automation Analyst to develop and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and utilities across IT operations. The role emphasizes translating operational needs into scalable automation and integrating with monitoring and ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering (or equivalent).
3–5 years of relevant experience in automation, enterprise monitoring, observability, IT operations, or related technical role.
Hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
Experience designing dashboards, alerts, and monitoring configurations.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, test, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, dashboards, and operational utilities.
Translate operational requirements into automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve consistency.
Integrate scripts and workflows with monitoring, observability, ITSM, and related platforms.
