• 2+ years of experience in motion control, automation, or machine control systems.
• Basic to intermediate PLC programming, servo systems, robotics, and vision systems knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably machine-building or semiconductor, display, or battery industries.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Support the design and development of automation solutions involving PLCs, robotics, motion control, and vision systems.
• Assist in the selection of electrical components and preparation of purchase lists for automation control systems.
• Participate in automation projects focused on machine improvement, cycle time reduction, and productivity enhancement.
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs to ensure stable and efficient machine operations.
• Support the programming, integration, and testing of vision systems, robots, AGVs, servo systems, and related automation equipment.
• Collect and analyze machine timing data, prepare timing charts, and support cycle time improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas offices to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding technical requirements and project matters.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Motion Control, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in motion control, automation, or machine control systems.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of PLC programming, servo systems, robotics, vision systems, and motion control technologies.
• Experience in semiconductor, display, or secondary battery industries is an added advantage.
• Experience in machine-building or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
