Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Python Engineer to design, develop and support Python-based automation solutions for enterprise workflows, including loans, KYC/AML and onboarding processes.

The role focuses on backend automation, RESTful APIs, and system integrations, with opportunities to work with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, and containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of software development experience with strong hands-on Python development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications and automation solutions.
• Build workflow automation solutions supporting Loans, KYC/AML, onboarding and compliance processes.
• Develop Python scripts, services and utilities to automate and streamline business operations.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services for integration between enterprise systems.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, workflow platforms and third-party systems.
• Develop custom Python services and backend integrations to support Microsoft Copilot Studio agents.
• Support orchestration and custom integrations extending the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Participate in application testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and deployment activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across automation workflows and system integrations.
• Optimize applications and automation processes for performance, reliability and scalability.
• Work closely with business, technology and project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an experienced Python Engineer to design, develop and support Python-based automation solutions for enterprise and banking-related workflows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing backend automation, APIs and system integrations supporting business processes such as Loans, KYC/AML, onboarding and compliance workflows. The role will also support custom integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

• Approximately 7–10 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on Python development experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.

• Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI or Django.

• Good experience developing and integrating REST APIs and web services.

• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases and third-party systems.

• Good understanding of workflow automation and backend process automation.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or financial services domain experience, particularly in Loans, KYC, AML, onboarding or compliance workflows.

• Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps or other cloud-native development services.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
