Job summary

BEYONICS INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced maintenance engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of the plant's automation and control systems. You will develop SOPs, implement maintenance programs, and monitor equipment performance for management review.

You will lead calibration activities, monitor cleanroom performance, and repair equipment to minimise production disruptions while guiding engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in engineering disciplines required.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance or automation roles.
• Experience with ISO9000/TS16949 and SPC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for operation and maintenance of plant automation and control systems.
• Develop SOPs and implement maintenance programs for automation systems.
• Monitor weekly equipment and machine performance and report to management.
• Coordinate in-house equipment calibration promptly.
• Monitor cleanroom performance and ensure compliance.
• Repair equipment to minimise production disruption.
• Participate in quality meetings on equipment-related issues.
• Provide guidance to engineers and supervisors as needed.
• Ensure spare parts availability for maintenance needs.
• Contribute to Continual Process Improvement initiatives.

Role:

• Maintenance and repair of allequipment in the factory to reduce downtime
• Improve machine yield
• Lead the engineer and supervisorin resolving quality related issues related to equipment/machine
• Meet quality objective set bymanagement

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for theoperation and maintenance of the entire plant automation and control systems
• Develop standard operatingprocedures and implement maintenance program for the automation and controlsystems.
• Monitor and publish weeklyequipment and machine performance to management.
• Promptly co-ordinating inhouse equipment for calibration
• Monitoring of cleanroom performance
• Repair equipment and machine to support production to minimise disruption
• Participate in quality meeting on equipment and machine related issue
• To cater enough spare parts for the maintenance of the equipment
• Participate in the Continual Process Improvement Team.
• To supervise the engineers and supervisor and provide guidance when necessary

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering(Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering(Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Knowledge in ISO9000/TS16949/StatisticalProcess Control.
