Responsibilities

• Improve equipment uptime using FMEA and root cause analysis.
• Implement cost-effective spare inventory strategies.
• Automate data gathering and improve tester performance.
• Drive utilization and yield enhancement projects.
• Lead shift technician teams and support test floor operations.
• Set up, qualify, and validate new test systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software failures in real-time.
• Coordinate new product test runs and support deployments.
• Lead productivity-enhancing software solutions.
• Review test plans for time reduction and optimization.
• Execute cross-team improvement projects with measurable impact.
• Develop failure analysis and certification materials.
• Conduct staff training sessions and mentor junior team members.
