Improve equipment uptime using FMEA and root cause analysis.
Automate data gathering and improve tester performance.
Drive utilization and yield enhancement projects.
Lead shift technician teams and support test floor operations.
Set up, qualify, and validate new test systems.
Troubleshoot hardware/software failures in real-time.
Coordinate new product test runs and support deployments.
Lead productivity-enhancing software solutions.
Review test plans for time reduction and optimization.
Execute cross-team improvement projects with measurable impact.
Develop failure analysis and certification materials.
Conduct staff training sessions and mentor junior team members.
