Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Computer, Data Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
• Experience with predictive maintenance, automation, and data analytics is preferred.
• Familiarity with MES systems, AI/ML, and digital manufacturing solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve test equipment availability and overall equipment efficiency (OEE) through data-driven projects.
• Set up and qualify new tester configurations, collaborate with logistics and facilities.
• Lead and train shift technicians to meet output and quality goals.
• Develop software and automation solutions to monitor test floors and enhance productivity.
• Apply data analytics and AI techniques to optimize equipment performance and maintenance.
