Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking an Assurance Transformation Senior Associate to design, build and support automation and analytics solutions across assurance processes. You will work with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end automation, validate data, and ensure governance and security alignment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional delivery, technology enablement, and ongoing adoption of automation tools within a dynamic audit and assurance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/IS/Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics, process automation, digital transformation or related field.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate (desktop and cloud) and Copilot Studio.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Python and/or Alteryx for data prep and automation.
• Experience delivering end-to-end automation with requirements gathering, development, validation, UAT, deployment and docs.

Responsibilities

• Process automation: design, develop, test and support automation solutions with stakeholders.
• Data automation and analytics: build automated data prep, validation, reporting and insights.
• Technology enablement: coordinate software, system and infra requirements for automation.
• Delivery and continuous improvement: monitor outcomes, resolve issues, enhance solutions.
• Assurance tech adoption: support tools and drive stakeholder adoption and guidance.
• Compliance and governance: ensure automation meets information security and privacy requirements.
