Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Services Assurance to help lead AI, automation, and data analytics initiatives across audit workflows.

You will collaborate with auditors, risk professionals, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions, design and test models, and build data pipelines while ensuring compliance and high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years delivering AI, ML, data analytics, or automation solutions, preferably in financial services.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar with production‑level software development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and automation tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze audit workflows to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to translate audit needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Design, test, and validate AI/ML models for audit challenges.
• Build AI-enabled tools and data pipelines across systems.
• Drive prototyping, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions in production.
• Prepare documentation and training to enable adoption by audit teams.
• Stay updated on AI trends and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
