Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to drive AI/ML initiatives in assurance, delivering automation and data-driven solutions across audit workflows. You will design, implement, and validate AI models, build scalable data pipelines, and collaborate with auditors and risk professionals to optimize processes.

The role emphasizes production-grade software development, cloud tools, and strong communication to enable adoption and governance of AI initiatives within the assurance practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI, ML, data analytics, generative AI, or automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, with production-level software development and data engineering experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and workflow automation tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze audit workflows to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement.
• Lead collaboration with auditors, risk assurance professionals, and stakeholders to translate audit requirements into AI solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and validate AI/ML models, using NLP and generative AI techniques.
• Architect and build AI-enabled tools, including intelligent assistants and workflow automations.
• Drive prototyping, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions from concept to production.
• Develop data preparation processes and scalable data pipelines across audit and enterprise systems.
• Prepare documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions for adoption of AI tools.
