Job summary

Alcon Singapore Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking an Associate, Automation & Control Engineering to lead and support LS1 and DSMFlex manufacturing controls. You will ensure process efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance across production IT applications and PLC/SCADA systems.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Engineering/CS, 2–3 years of automation troubleshooting experience, and hands-on knowledge of PLC/SCADA, SQL, and validation processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering/Computer Science.
• 2–3 years of technical trouble shooting in automation.
• GMP/GDP knowledge and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes and drive enhancements for automation controls.
• Maintain and support control systems, perform changes and bug fixes.
• Lead project documentation and SOPs for automation projects.
• Ensure compliance to site quality, HSE, and regulatory standards.
