Job summary

MSD in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive Automation, Analytics & AI initiatives at the country level. You will partner with CRD, regional teams, and AA & AI leads to identify high-value automation opportunities, build business cases, and deliver dashboards, RPA, and AI-enabled processes with strong governance and change management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business analytics, computing, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of data/analytics or transformation experience within life sciences or regulated environments.
Proven design and delivery of automation/analytics/AI-enabled solutions with measurable improvements.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value automation opportunities with CRD and AA & AI Lead.
Lead business case development including scope, cost estimates, benefits, risks, and compliance considerations.
Deliver country-level tools and solutions (dashboards, workflow automation, RPA, AI-enabled processes).
Ensure governance, compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations; partner with Compliance/Legal as needed.
Drive change management and training for local deployments; enable data literacy and digital ways of working.
