Job summary

INFOGAIN SOLUTIONS PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks an Automation Analyst with 6–9 years of relevant experience to drive automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. You will develop and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and utilities.

You will translate requirements into scalable automation, integrate with monitoring platforms, and provide technical oversight for incidents, changes, and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in automation, monitoring, observability, IT operations, or related technical role.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Shell.
• Experience with dashboards, alert rules, and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain automation scripts, workflows, dashboards, and utilities.
• Translate requirements into automation to reduce manual intervention and improve consistency.
• Integrate scripts and workflows with monitoring, ITSM, and related platforms.
• Configure and maintain enterprise monitoring platforms across infrastructure and apps.
• Create dashboards, alerts, thresholds, service views, and basic anomaly detection.
• Analyze alert patterns and tune for noise reduction without compromising coverage.
• Support onboarding of systems into monitoring platforms and validate data quality.
• Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and changes with clear evidence.
• Review configurations to ensure required controls are in place.
