Job summary

Synapxe is offering a Uni Internship Jan to July 2027 focused on automation and digital transformation at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience across automation, business analysis, and project delivery within healthcare IT, contributing to impactful health tech initiatives.

Ideal candidates are Year 2–3 undergraduates in relevant fields, with curiosity, data mindset, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Undergraduate in Year 2 or 3 pursuing a degree in Business AI Systems, Information Systems, CS, CE, IS/E, or related discipline.
Proactive and self-driven mindset with willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
Basic understanding of data and analytics with ability to interpret data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

Identify and solve operational challenges through automation and digital solutions.
Work with users to understand business processes and pain points.
Design, build, and test solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath (RPA), Excel macros or any approved AI tools & OGP Tech Stack.
Prototype and experiment with emerging technologies.
Support and maintain existing automation solutions.
Guide end-users on solution usage and maintenance.
Ensure solutions comply with security and governance standards.
Support cluster-level and national healthcare IT projects.
Analyse usage data and trends (e.g., M365 analytics platforms).
Gather user feedback and identify pain points & improvement opportunities.
Develop business cases and solution proposals.
Plan and execute user adoption programmes (training, roadshows, clinics).
Support project coordination activities, including tracking progress and supporting execution of deliverables.
Optional leadership mentorship activities to guide junior interns.
