Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is offering an internship in Business Management / First Line of Defence Support & Programs. You will work on automation, AI adoption, and project management initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance within Global Markets.

Strong interest in automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
Proficient in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or prompt engineering concepts.

Responsibilities

Process Automation: develop and enhance VBA-based tools to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
AI & Digital Enablement: leverage Copilot and AI capabilities to automate recurring tasks and templates.
Process Improvement: identify opportunities to optimise workflows and implement practical solutions.
Project Coordination: support planning, tracking, and governance for ongoing initiatives.
Meeting & Governance Support: organise meetings, prepare materials, and record minutes.
