Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an Architectural Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate architectural projects from client requirements through to completion, liaising with Singapore clients and overseas teams to ensure alignment with design intent.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in architecture or related fields, proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit, and the ability to read drawings; on-site coordination at Ubi, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with a salary of SGD 3,800–5,500.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction, Engineering or related discipline.
• Candidates with an architectural or architectural design background are highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, interior design, project coordination, construction, technical coordination or system integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from client requirements, design development, production, installation, testing and commissioning through to project completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore clients, internal project teams and overseas design/technical teams.
• Coordinate with overseas team on design development, drawings, specifications, installation methods and system integration.
