Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) in Singapore seeks a Job Support Assistant to assist in employability services for adults on the autism spectrum. You will support coaches with individualized coaching plans, reinforce workplace routines and provide hands-on assistance in real work environments.

The role emphasizes administrative tasks, client documentation and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, with travel to multiple employer sites as part of daily duties.

Competenze

• Minimum Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels in any discipline. Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work directly with adults on the autism spectrum in real workplace settings and provide hands-on support to promote independence.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage day-to-day responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in different workplace environments and supporting clients with varying needs.
• Able to travel regularly to employer worksites, including multiple locations within a day.

Mansioni

• Workplace Support & Adult Client Coaching: Support Job Coaches in implementing individualised coaching plans using autism-friendly strategies; reinforce workplace routines and employer expectations; observe clients and provide feedback; encourage independence.
• Administrative & Operational Support: Prepare reports and documentation; maintain client records; coordinate logistics for workplace visits; support day-to-day operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Job Coaches, participate in team meetings and professional development; build knowledge of autism and evidence-based support strategies.
