Qualifications

• Able to travel to offsite work locations with possibility of more than one location a day.
• Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to help individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments of clients’ employability strengths and gaps.
• Collaborate with employers to understand job scope and responsibilities.
• Develop and implement individualised coaching plans for clients.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education
