Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality services across industries. This role requires strong leadership, technical audit knowledge, and excellent client and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include planning, executing, reviewing engagements under SSAs, supervising staff, reviewing working papers and reports, and supporting business development and practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS, SSAs and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

They are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality professional services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
• Plan, execute, and review audit engagements to ensure compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify audit issues and provide well-reasoned recommendations to clients.
• Manage client relationships, addressing queries timely and professionally.
• Assist in practice management activities such as resource planning, workflow coordination, and process improvements.
• Support partners in business development activities when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of audit experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
