Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold CoreTrade or Multi-Skilling certifications, with added advantage for ACTA/ACLP certifications, and prior training experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold CoreTrade or Multi-Skilling certifications.
• Experience in training or teaching roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for SEC(K), CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and CET courses.
• Deliver both theoretical lessons and practical hands-on training.
• Assess trainee performance to verify competency standards per BCA guidelines.
• Prepare detailed training materials and structured lesson plans.
• Ensure all training activities comply with BCA regulations.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and compliance.
• Engage and manage trainees to foster a productive learning environment.
