Job summary

Progressive Builders Pte Ltd, a BCA-approved Training & Testing Centre (ATTC) in Singapore, seeks an experienced trainer to deliver SEC(K), CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and CET courses to develop skilled construction professionals. You will conduct engaging theory and hands-on sessions, align with BCA guidelines, and contribute to ongoing competence across trainee cohorts.

Qualifications

• Holding relevant certifications in construction trades such as CoreTrade or Multi-Skilling is a MUST.
• Have prior experience in training or teaching roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for SEC(K), CoreTrade, Multi-Skilling, and CET courses to develop trainee competencies
• Deliver both theoretical lessons and practical hands-on training to ensure comprehensive understanding
• Assess trainee performance to verify competency standards are met according to BCA guidelines
• Prepare detailed training materials and structured lesson plans to support effective learning
• Ensure all training activities comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Engage and manage trainees effectively to foster a positive and productive learning environment
