Job description

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager. Assist the Project Manager in managing certain section(s) of the project, as assigned by the Project Manager and shown in the organization chart.
• Co‑ordinating with Main‑contractor and sub‑contractor on shop drawing, catalogue and technical submission.
• Attending main‑contractor’s coordination and technical meetings.
• Attending discussion and understanding of architect and consultant’s directions.
• Liaise and obtain quotations, technical data and suppliers.
• Monitor site installation progress and conduct inspection of variation works.
• Liaison with main‑contractor and site staff for inspection.
• Update site progress report and submit progress claim.
• Execute company policy on safety measures and control on site.
• Meet tight deadline and ensure committed involvement of Authority inspection.
• Identify, rectify and hand over defects after completion.
• Oversee project budgets and financial reporting, including forecasting and cost tracking.

Qualifications
