Starbucks Coffee Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Store Systems SEA Project Manager to lead enhancements across SEA markets, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with brand goals.

You will manage vendor relationships, provide technical leadership, deliver design, tests, and deployment, and coordinate cross-market operations while communicating clearly to stakeholders.

This role requires roadmaps, budgeting, and hands-on governance to ensure successful delivery.

Responsabilités

• Oversee SEA Markets Store Systems enhancements and maintenance.
• Propose roadmaps and budgets for proposed solutions for Management approval.
• Act as Project Manager, leading design, integration, testing and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to the project team throughout lifecycle.
• Develop proof-of-concept processes to validate solutions.
• Document and share best-practice knowledge for new solutions.
• Communicate new features to users and stakeholders; align initiatives across markets.
• Coordinate operations across regional markets to align with brand goals.
• Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.

• Responsible for SEA Markets Store Systems enhancement and maintenance.
• Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions, including the budget proposal for Management Approval.
• Serve as Project manager, leading design of application and integration, tests, and delivery of solutions.
• Providing technical leadership to a team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Developing proof-of-concept process to validate proposed solutions.
• Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for new solutions.
• Regularly communicating new features and benefits to functional users, customers, and stakeholders. Align and collaborate new initiatives among markets.
• Take responsibility for managing and coordinating operations across various regional markets while ensuring alignment with brand-specific goals and strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring effective communication, negotiating contracts, and managing performance to meet company standards and objectives.
