Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director, Healthy Precinct, to lead strategy development and partnerships for community health initiatives.

You will build health precincts, empower communities, and guide a cross-functional team to advance integrated care and preventive services with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in healthcare or business related fields.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare, corporate/strategic planning and partnership development, including minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Proven strategic thinking and planning ability.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to produce clear, structured proposals.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead in conceptualizing the overall strategy and framework for Healthy Precinct.
• Plan and operationalize Health Precincts and community care team concepts to achieve health-social integration with internal and community stakeholders.
• Develop and track the progress of work plans and work streams on Healthy Precincts.
• Develop and operationalize a plan to empower the community to take care of their health.
• Create community culture to drive behavior towards leading a healthy lifestyle and emphasis on preventive care with community stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with internal and community stakeholders e.g. grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to keep patients and residents healthy and integrated care across care settings.
• Develop and implement initiatives for integrated care and population health improvement.
• Lead and support the team
• Ensure the department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission - people, funding, skill & technology
• Develop team members to enhance their skills & harness their potential
• Integrate the team with the other RHSO departments & divisions

About the job Asst Director, Healthy Precinct,

Reporting to the Director, Operations, RHS Office, the incumbent will lead in developing healthy precincts and building community partnership to keep the community healthy.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Lead in conceptualizing the overall strategy and framework for Healthy Precinct.
