Job summary

Silicon Box Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Associate Engineer, Test Process to set up test readiness on the shop floor and support test hardware maintenance for engineering activities and ramp-up.

You will perform test correlation, FA/REL verification testing, and characterization on new product offloads, with emphasis on troubleshooting and yield improvement. The role requires a diploma in electrical/electronic engineering, 1–3 years in testing, and familiarity with ATE platforms, test handlers, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical and electronic engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a testing and debugging environment.
• Familiar with ATE platforms, test handlers, and probers.
• Experience with probe pin replacement and measurement.
• Knowledge of testing methods and concepts.
• Programming/scripting experience (C, Python, Perl) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in all test-related activities and verify low yield lots.
• Support configuration setups in MES and Test Applications.
• Test, analyze, and troubleshoot device failures with process/equipment engineers.
• Repair and debug test hardware and track spare inventory.
• Update life-cycle records and perform maintenance on probe heads/pins.
• Provide training on work instructions to new hires.
• Support NPI testing, LOH disposition, and REL manual testing.
