GOAL SETTERZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an ATE Test Development Engineer / Product Engineer / Post Silicon Validation Engineer in Taiwan. The role focuses on final test and Wafer Sort yield improvement, debugging activities, and documentation to drive manufacturability.

The candidate has a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 2+ years of experience, hands-on ATE testing (Teradyne ETS88/ETS364, UFlex), and skills in C++ and Python, paired with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ATE/test or product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives for final test / Wafer Sort test yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
• Support daily engineering debug activities, data collection & report generation.
• Generate, organize and maintain documentation for product manufacturability.
• Support lot-on-hold disposition based on sound technical judgement.
• Produce yield and pareto reports per requirements.
• Coordinate with internal Operations Team and External Subcons to facilitate testing of both NPI and Sustaining devices.

ATE Test Development Engineer / Product Engineer / Post Silicon Validation Engineer

Location: Taiwan

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, or comparable disciplines

About the Role: We are looking for someone with strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as demonstrating the characteristics of an independent and resourceful individual.

The applicant must have a proficient understanding of semiconductor fabrication, testing or relevant industry processes, and experience in product/process engineering, semiconductors, or relevant manufacturing with ATE test platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives for final test / Wafer Sort test yield enhancement, cycle time reduction, and quality improvement.
• Support daily engineering debug activities, data collection & report generation.
• Generate, organize and maintain documentation for product manufacturability.
• Support lot-on-hold disposition based on sound technical judgement.
• Produce yield and pareto reports per requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in ATE Test patterns, flows, debug, and experience working in Product Engineering team.
• Hands-on experience in ATE Test handling/execution and data analysis - Teradyne ETS88, ETS364 and UFlex experience is preferred.
• Software programming and scripting proficiency (C++, Python).
• Strong and effective presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
