Job summary

SHIMIZU CORPORATION Singapore division is seeking a planning support professional to assist in developing and updating detailed project schedules and progress reports. You will coordinate with Project Managers and Senior Planning Engineers to align subcontractor schedules with the master plan.

Responsibilities include attending meetings, documenting minutes, and ensuring data quality across calendars and coding structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 at an intermediate level.
Solid understanding of CPM and scheduling fundamentals.
Experience preparing project schedules, progress reports, and resource charts under supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing, updating, and submitting comprehensive project schedules and progress reports.
Support integration of subcontractor schedules with the master plan.
Assist in planning reviews with EPC/Subcontractors; align their schedules to the master plan.
Attend project meetings, document minutes, and track action items.
Learn and apply company and project scheduling procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with contract/client planning requirements and coding standards.
Maintain data quality for calendars, codes (WBS/OBS/CBS), versions, audit trail.
