Job summary

Secretlab, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a driven project engineer to manage licensed product collaborations from ideation to EOL. You will coordinate with suppliers, industrial designers and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Based in Singapore, you will review proofs, track prototypes, and flag issues early while liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors. This role demands strong organizational skills and a passion for esports and high-performance ergonomics.

Qualifications

• Must have internship experience in Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering/ Project Management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin preferred for liaising with vendors.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Interest in esports, gaming, or high-performance ergonomics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for Secretlab’s licensed products from ideation to end-of-life.
• Review design proofs before sending to factory for prototyping.
• Track prototype completion dates and manage tasks to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify potential issues during prototyping and resolve with designers/engineers.
• Assist with shipping arrangements for prototypes/samples to partners, reviewers, studios, etc.
