Qualifications

• 6–7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services.
• Experience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.
• Strong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
• ICA/ACAMS certification an advantage.

This role covers customer screening, policy and controls maintenance and regulatory liaison and reporting. * Support day-to-day operational compliance monitoring, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.* Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls documentation.* Support AML/CFT and sanctions screening, customer due diligence and transaction monitoring processes.* Coordinate regulatory returns, periodic reporting and responses to regulator queries or examinations.* Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business and assess operational impact.* Act as day-to-day liaison with MAS and other relevant authorities on compliance matters, including supporting regulatory license applications or renewals as and when required.* Support audit and regulatory examination engagements.* Partner with business units to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations.* Deliver AML/CFT training and compliance awareness sessions to operational staff. ## Pre-Requisites :**Requirements*** At least 6 –7 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory affairs within financial services (banking, payments or other regulated industries).* Experience with Money Services Business (MSB) is preferred.* Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions screening requirements.* Strong regulatory liaison, policy drafting, and stakeholder management skills.* ICA/ACAMS certification an advantage.* Able to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
