Job summary

ICN Design International Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned landscape architect with a strong local project track record. You will lead concept design through construction documentation, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure compelling outcomes.

Must have deep knowledge of local authority requirements, Green Mark initiatives, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Ten years post graduate full time work experience in landscape architectural projects with local construction documentation exposure.
• Strong capability in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Familiar with local authority compliance and agency submissions including Green Mark and landscape replacements.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects, mentor staff, and meet milestones and billing targets.
• Excellent English communication with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple landscape architecture projects simultaneously from concept to construction documentation.
• Present design concepts clearly to clients and project teams.
• Ensure timely project milestones and billing targets are met.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with Directors and Associates.
• Communicate with clients, consultants and contractors effectively.
