Job summary

DP Green Pte Ltd invites a seasoned Associate Director, Landscape Architecture to lead major landscape projects and shape strategies from concept through delivery. You will manage client relationships, ensure sustainability alignment, and drive technical rigor across teams in Singapore.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex master plans and public realm developments for diverse typologies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of landscape architecture experience with strong project leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale landscape, public realm or master planning projects.
• Proven ability to lead integrated mix-use developments including hospitality, healthcare, offices and retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape projects, define design strategies and project visioning.
• Oversee detailed design, construction documents, specs and quality control.
• Engage with clients, authorities and stakeholders to present proposals and resolve issues.
• Review complex landscape details, planting strategies and technical solutions.
• Coordinate inputs from arborists, civil engineers and environmental specialists.
• Oversee project budgets, resources and timelines.
• Mentor senior associates, landscape architects and junior designers.
• Contribute to innovation, sustainability frameworks and design thought leadership.
