Job summary

Dell Technologies Singapore is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team. You will work with customers, qualify opportunities, and provide technical sales support across product features and configurations.

The role offers structured training through the NGSA and clear progression to an Inside Sales role with a quota. You will engage with customers via phone, chat, web, or email, building strong relationships and contributing to revenue growth while developing both

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills in English and local language.
Willingness to relocate to Dell Hub locations.
Ability to build relationships and drive issues to closure.

Responsibilities

Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers and qualifying opportunities to drive revenue.
Collaborate with NGSA management, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team to meet targets.
Participate in competitions and meet metrics expectations.
Progress from Associate Inside Sales to Inside Sales Representative with a quota and growth opportunities.
